## Patent Analytics Toolkit

The Patent Library has the broadest set of analytics, including tools for litigation trends, decisions and outcomes, timing analysis, rankings, comparison reports, and patent prosecution research.

## Trademark and Copyright Analytics

Trademark and Copyright include a smaller set of tools focused on filing trends, motion activity, and timing.

Copyright also includes **Motion Success**, which provides a motion-outcome comparison view in addition to **Motion Success by Year**.

## Antitrust Analytics

The Antitrust Analytics Toolkit currently includes **Cases by Year**.

## UPC Analytics

UPC analytics are still being expanded. **Cases by Year** and **Motion Success** are planned additions.

## Securities and Trade Secret

The Securities and Trade Secret libraries do not currently include an Analytics Toolkit.

## About availability

Analytics availability can change as new tools and library coverage are added. The filters, calculations, and available data also vary by tool and library, so refer to the individual Analytics Help Center article for guidance on interpreting a specific analysis.
