Docket Navigator publications deliver recent litigation activity and analysis by email. Depending on the publication, they can help you review new cases and proceedings, understand recent decisions, follow appeals and outcomes, or monitor broader litigation trends.
The publications available to you depend on your Docket Navigator libraries and subscription. You can choose which available publications you receive in your account settings.
Publications by library
Section titled “Publications by library”Patent Library
Section titled “Patent Library”- Docket Report: A daily summary of new patent cases and recent substantive decisions from U.S. district courts, the PTAB, and the ITC. Attorney editors categorize and annotate the activity and provide links to the underlying Docket Navigator records.
- Weekly Insights: A weekly view of patent litigation activity and trends, including notable cases, decisions, damages awards, popular profiles, filing trends, appeals, and approaching trials.
- Weekly Outcomes: A weekly summary of patent case outcomes in U.S. district courts, the PTAB, and the ITC, with links to the cases and the outcomes recorded for the parties and patent accusations involved.
- Daily Appeals Report: Daily updates on patent cases moving through the appellate process, including newly appealed cases, the judgments under review, procedural decisions, and decisions resolving appeals.
- Weekly Appeals Report: The same categories of patent appeals activity as the Daily Appeals Report, collected into a weekly edition.
- Monthly ANDA Insights: A monthly publication focused on activity and developments in patent litigation involving Abbreviated New Drug Applications.
Trademark Library

- TTAB Docket Report: A daily summary of new proceedings, final decisions, and other registrability determinations from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
